1. Introduction
Welcome to Junogo Co. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing and using our services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. Please review these terms carefully before using the services.
2. Registration and Account
To access certain features of our AI services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
3. Communications Consent
By creating an account with Junogo Co., you hereby expressly consent to receive electronic communications from Junogo Co., including but not limited to emails, text messages, and other forms of digital communication, for purposes related to your account management, as well as marketing communications regarding our products, services, promotions, and events. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the 'unsubscribe' instructions included in each marketing email or by contacting us directly. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still need to contact you regarding your account management or other essential information. Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of any purchase or service offered by Junogo Co.
4. Fees and Payments
As of now, we offer a 7-day free trial for users to experience our app. After the trial, users can opt for our paid plan at $49 per month for limited use. We also provide a free plan that allows for very limited monthly use. Please be informed that these terms are subject to change. For details on how payments are processed and safeguarded, please refer to the privacy policy provided by our payment gateway: Stripe Privacy Policy. Users on a custom enterprise plan may have different terms.
5. Factual Accuracy and Non-Liability
While Junogo Co. endeavors to provide accurate and reliable outputs, we cannot guarantee the factual accuracy of content generated by our AI models. The Company is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations made by the AI. Users should independently verify any information provided by our AI before acting on it.
6. Limitations and Restrictions
You may not:
- Use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.
- Violate or encourage others to violate any right of or obligation to a third party.
- Distribute malicious software or code.
- Interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.
7. Custom Enterprise Plans
Users under a custom enterprise plan are subject to separate terms and conditions related to their specific agreement with Junogo Co. The provisions stated here might not be applicable for users on a custom enterprise plan.
8. Termination
Junogo Co. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Our Term of Service will be updated when our priced packages are released (estimated September 1st, 2023). These terms and conditions are set forth for our open beta and by registering an account with us you agree to these terms and conditions.
